LDS Directories LLC respects the privacy of its subscribers and visitors. We only retain your information for specific purposes. Information obtained from subscribers that advertise on this site, and affiliate sites, will not be sold or shared with other vendors/companies outside LDS Directories LLC. 

Keep in mind that certain information that is provided to advertise, such as name, contact number and occupation, will be published and made public. As is the purpose of the site, we cannot guarantee that other vendors/companies will use the information published in your listing to contact you.  At any time, you may contact LDS Directories LLC to edit/delete information you no longer wish to be public.

Any information provided that is not intended to publish in a listing is kept secure and confidential, and will not be sold or shared with vendors/companies outside LDS Directories LLC.

As a visitor, please be aware that you may, and can, link to other websites that are advertised in the directory that may collect personal information.  Specific listings may have personal sites to visit, or you can be linked to another site via banner ad. Refund Policy

As an advertiser, like most advertising mediums, due to the nature of this type of business, there is no grace period nor refund. The minute that your order is taken, we immediately begin processing and designing your ad. Within 24 hours you will have a temporary ad posted on our directories. Banner ads can take up to 7 days before they are posted. This is due to the creative work that goes into designing them. Please understand we start all creative work and design within the same day an order is received. Because of this, there are already staff and processing costs that are incurred. Therefore, there are no refunds.

Design Policy

Please understand that your contract begins immediately upon purchase being completed. Your contract will not be extended based upon when you are able to submit your ad content. Due to the fact that our design team can take up to 7 days all contracts are extended with 7 days added to each contract. We do this to allow you, the advertiser, to get a full years’ worth of advertising without sacrificing contract time during design. However, if you choose not to accept the design teams initial designs, or ask to remake banner designs, and it takes more than the 7 days normally associated to build your ad, there will be no further extensions of your contract. Also, if you decide to have the design team redesign your ad, there will be a $100 fee. To maximize exposure time within your contract, please submit your ad content as soon as you possibly can.

Placement Policy

This site, and sites affiliated with LDS Directories LLC (LDS-Realtors-Lenders.com LDS-Biz.com LDS-Buisness.com LDS-Business-Directory.com LDS-Directory.com LDS Lender.com LDS-Agents-Lenders.com LDS Realtor OC.com LDS Referral.com LDS Referrals.com), offer placement positioning across different regions/states within the directory. 

At the time you purchase your ad listing, you have the option to upgrade your positioning in the given region your ad is placed. Based on which position you upgrade to, you are guaranteed that position for your one year of advertising. For example, if you start April 17, 2008, you are guaranteed your position until April 17, 2009.

As the current position holder, you have the first option the day you purchase your position to purchase the following year in advance. Thus, securing that position for you have for one more year. However, the only way to secure your position for another year, is to pre-pay in advance for that position, at the time of your initial purchase.  

Please be aware that if you choose to upgrade to a higher position without pre-paying to secure that position the following year, it may be sold to another subscriber that does pre-pay for that position. For example, you upgraded to be in first position on April 17, 2008 and chose not to secure that position by pre-paying to hold it the following year. On April 17,2009, another subscriber who did elect to pre-pay for first position will secure it.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Popularity of a certain city or region may cause prices to adjust accordingly. Past discounts given on "package deals" or initial advertising are not guaranteed when renewing or purchasing additional advertisement. All purchasing of additional regions must be done at time of original purchase to receive the "Additional region" pricing. Otherwise, advertiser is subject to current pricing for an Advanced Listing Ad. Generally, there is no discounting for purchasing any ad in advance for more than one year. If advertiser chooses to pre-pay for future ads, they are subject to current pricing for a full displayed ad, plus any positioning if they choose. Package deals and discounts may vary from one advertiser to another, due to popularity of regions, special promotions, and incentives and are not promised to every individual interested in advertising.
